1. Products & Menu
What flavors do you offer regularly?
Vanilla Moonbeam – classic vanilla, elevated with intention
Cocoa Cosmic Kiss – rich chocolate with a soft cosmic glow
Zerzura’s Caramel Dreams – caramel, sea salt, and desert‑mirage warmth
Lemon Stardust – lemon with a whisper of saffron essence
Do you offer seasonal flavors? Seasonal offerings will be introduced in the future. For now, we begin with our four Lifted Classics.
Do you make custom cupcakes? Custom allergen‑free requests may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. Suggestions are always welcome.
Are your cupcakes vegan, gluten‑free, nut‑free, etc.? No allergens are intentionally avoided in our recipes. We do not use nuts in our kitchen, but we cannot guarantee that ingredients were not processed in facilities that handle nuts, soy, or other allergens.
2. Ordering
How do customers place an order? All orders must be placed using the “Schedule A Delivery” option on the product page.
How far in advance do customers need to place an order? All orders require 72 hours’ notice. Sometimes we offer a "Drop-Shop" events for a faster turnaround time!
Do you accept same‑day or next‑day orders? No. All orders must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Can customers request specific colors, themes, or decorations? Custom decorations are not available at this time. Suggestions may be emailed or sent through the contact form.
3. Delivery
What areas do you deliver to?
Personal deliveries are available within a 15‑mile radius of Riverdale, GA.
Batch orders may also be sent via Uber.
What third‑party services do you use?

What are your delivery hours? Delivery is available during normal business hours. Special orders may have adjusted delivery times. No deliveries are made on days the business is closed.
Personal Delivery Rates (within 15 miles):
0–3 Miles Radius – $6 Delivery Fee
4–7 Miles – $9 Delivery Fee
8–11 Miles – $13 Delivery Fee
12–15 Miles – $18 Delivery Fee
Third‑party delivery fees are calculated when reviewing your order details and will vary.
4. Pickup
Where is pickup located? Pickup is in Riverdale, GA — exact location provided after order confirmation.
What are the pickup hours? Pickup follows normal operating hours unless otherwise arranged.
What happens if someone is late for pickup? Quality cannot be guaranteed if cupcakes are not picked up on time. We will do our best to keep your order fresh and work with customers who are delayed for same‑day pickups.
5. Pricing & Payment
Cupcake Pricing:
Individual Lifted Classic Cupcake: $6.75 *A minimum of three will need to be purchased outside of a Pop-Up Shop event
Assortment of 12: $91 (includes $10 service fee)
Assortment of 24: $182 (includes $20 service fee)
Assortment of 36: $273 (includes $30 service fee)
Do prices vary by flavor or design? Prices may change at any time to meet the needs of the company.
Do you require full payment upfront? Yes, full payment is required. Orders receive an invoice after details are reviewed.

6. Storage & Handling
Room temperature: up to 24 hours
Refrigerated: best within 48 hours
Frozen: up to 2 months
Customers may use personal discretion beyond these guidelines.
7. Refunds, Cancellations & Order Issues
Do you accept cancellations? Orders require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation.
Do you offer refunds?
Taste‑based refunds are not offered.
We photograph orders for quality assurance.
Once cupcakes are handed off, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Refunds may be issued in cases of incorrect orders or verified order issues.
What happens if a customer receives the wrong order or there is an issue? We will remake the order or issue a refund.
8. Custom Designs
Custom themes are not currently offered. Suggestions are welcome!
9. Allergies & Ingredients
Contains: milk, eggs, wheat, and soy. No nuts are used in the kitchen, but ingredients may come from facilities that process nuts.
